The target of SIRTRES for the lifting industry has been to look for and to discover new high performance materials which could withstand to very heavy work conditions.
Our customers can appreciate the results utilizing our TECAST BM or NM pulley or our MEKTON LX/SINVEX SL/SP or TEKNAR J sliding pads or installing our TECAST BM cast stabilizer feet: this polymer retain his elastic properties even with extremely low temperatures such -40° C.
With FEM method (finished elements method) we designed the best shape for this pads to better divide the load, all over the pad surface. Furthermore, we patented a new system to join pads and shaft called “PLOOP” which don’t needs any other fastening device as screws or metallic plates.
